Office building water damage
SERVPRO of Culpeper and Fauquier counties responded to a water damage in Warrenton, Virginia. A sprinkler malfunction caused water damage to the hallways on multiple floors. Our crews responded in a timely manner and were able to minimize the damage. Initially the water was extracted from the carpet in order to decrease the drying time and reduce the extent of the damage. The wall were cut in order to remove the wet insulation and create airflow for the structure to dry. Antimicrobial solution was sprayed in order to control microbial and fungal contamination. Ultimately, drying equipment was installed in order to facilitate timely and adequate drying.
