Mold Unleashed!

Mold can show up just about anywhere, at any time, when you least at expect it. Some of the reasonings behind this are: mold can grow as fast as 24 hours, within the mold colonies there are different stages, dependent on the type of mold and/or how long it has been growing for you will not be able to smell it, mold can grow behind/underneath things so you can not see it. In this case, this residential location had no idea they even had mold until SERVPRO started their demo. We went in for a demo job, but because we do it all, we were able to remove the mold and do that job as well! Talk about killing two birds with one stone.
